1. Organize by parts
The first tip is to arrange it by parts and at least two days in advance, making a checklist of everything that needs to be taken. Consider the items that are important to you and the destination.
The easiest way to organize is to group your belongings by items such as: clothing, accessories, kitchen, emergency, home and bed, personal care, protection and tools. This way, by having each item in a part of the backpack, you save time in both preparation and travel.
This not only makes it easier for you to find objects, it also helps you carry your backpack. This arrangement makes the weight evenly distributed, which avoids back and shoulder problems.

It’s perfect for bulky gear that will only be used at camp, such as a sleeping bag , mat, pajamas, and shoes. These soft pieces help to cushion the contact between the backpack and your back, aiding in physical activity.
Cover and roof
For both, the ideal is to prioritize small and light objects. Opt for a rain coat and wallet on the cover, for example; compass , medicine, deodorant, sunglasses and toiletries can be on the ceiling.

The side pockets should carry items that are used most often or, in an emergency, need to be easily accessed. The main tip is to place the most important objects on the right side if you are right-handed, or on the left side if you are left-handed.
Remember to include in your checklist items such as: flashlight, penknife, batteries, basic food, sunscreen, water, rain gear, documents and money. But beware: the last two must be carried in internal pockets, to avoid loss.
